Location Finding in the Surrey Hills

I have been location finding this bank holiday in the beautiful Surrey Hills. I came across the landscape below and was immediately reminded of Simon Roberts' brilliant We English project.
To celebrate St George's Day the BBC have launched an audio slideshow of Simon's photographs. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-13055695

Casting Skaters

I've been street casting skaters in a Camden skatepark for a Simon Winnall shoot.
Unlike the monks I found for Nick Meek these dudes are too cool to smile.

Casting Monks

I've had a great afternoon casting Hare Krishna monks at their temple in Soho for a Nick Meek shoot.
Their temple is beautiful, and just off busy Oxford Street it's an oasis of calm and tranquillity. It's no surprise they're smiling, trying to get the monks not to smile could be an issue.

One for the data base

I'm looking for an interesting office block. I love the graphic shapes and monochromatic textures of this building in London.
I don't think it's right for the job I'm scouting but it's great for the locations data base.

Santander

Ferret and Sue Odell have just finished producing 3 new ads for Santander and WCRS.
15 models, 1 dog, a removal van full of props and only 4 production days = very little sleep.
